A head coach
for business
The project that matters most deserves one.
Projects don't move on their own. People do.
I am Ria and i start with your Calling Card, understanding how individuals operate.
Then I coach individuals, teams and departments through the project, from the first move until the goal is achieved.

Your Calling Card
Discover who you are.
The season begins
One methodology. Different players.
One person
A movie director, founder or professional whose goal depends on how they operate.
A team
Potential is not the problem.
Coordination is and no one's
owning it.
A department
The ambition is real.
The pieces exist. They are
just not moving together.

just not moving together.
People first
Flow is not where we start. It is what happens when people understand themselves, understand each other and move.
And it stays, long after the project ends.
You play. I coach.
Frequently asked questions
Is this coaching for individuals or teams?
Both. One person, a team, or a whole department. Same methodology, built around who's actually there.
What counts as a project?
A product launch. A reorganisation that keeps stalling. A department that cannnot agree on priorities. A movie director that wants to make a movie. If there is a goal and people whose movement decides whether you reach it, it is a project.
What does a season cost, in money and time?
I do not price a season before I have read the player. What it costs depends on what we are solving and how fast that is set in the first conversation, not before it. In time: meetings run on a rhythm set once I know how you work.
What if it is not right for me?
I will tell you straight on the meeting, either way.
